Why the sale? Are these items damaged?

These puddle lights are the same high quality, premium puddle lights we sell at TeslaPuddleLights.com. We are discontinuing all Tesla branded items which is why these are on sale. This a great opportunity for you to pick up a set of premium puddle lights at a great price.

What is your Return Policy?

As these items are discontinued, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are no refunds, exchanges, etc on these products. 

Wait! I need to change my order!

Most of our orders ship within 24 hours so you’ll need to move fast to make changes to catch us before we ship. If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation yet, email us to inquire about making order changes and we’ll help in any way we can.

Where’s my stuff?

Most of our orders ship within 24 hours so the orders leave our hands pretty quickly. We send a tracking number with the shipping confirmation email. To track your package, just search TRACK (AND YOUR TRACKING NUMBER) on the interwebs and it should lead you to the shipping carrier’s website to track. Feel free to reach out to us with additional questions.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship worldwide.

Which shipping carrier do you use?

We primarily ship using USPS first class. But on occasion we will use a different carrier for various reasons. The carrier we ship with will be in your shipment confirmation email. 

Do you make money on shipping?

We don’t aim to make money on shipping. Once you add insurance, packaging and the cost of shipping we usually break pretty close to even - give or take 50 cents. :) 

Do you provide installation instructions?

Yes! You can find all of our installation videos at https://teslapuddlelights.com/pages/tesla-lighting-installation-videos. 

We’ll also provide a QR code with your product that links to the install videos. And if you have additional install questions, please feel free to contact us and we’ll help you out. 

Are your products difficult to install?

Currently, the products we offer are truly plug-n-play and very easy to install. Most take roughly 10 minutes to install. Check out install videos to learn more about the install process.
